That is why we have implemented a series of actions to reduce the chances of contagion when driving one of our cars or visiting our offices.
✓ Deep cleaning and sanitization of our cars between rentals, using hospital-grade disinfectants. We also offer sanitizing towels at no cost, so that customers who wish to do so, can sanitize the contact surfaces of the car by themselves.
✓ Constant deep cleaning of offices. We also make available for our customers, gel hand sanitizer and disposable sanitizing towels.
✓ Airport – Office – Airport transfers in vehicles with a capacity twice the number of passengers transported so that there is a safe distance between passengers.
✓ Use of face masks – The correct use of face masks is required within our facilities and shuttles for clients and employees.
Absolute flexibility. Free cancellation and full refund, no questions asked
We understand that right now, you have more important things to care about. At Veico Car Rental we don’t want your car rental reservation to be a concern. That is why we offer you absolute flexibility in case your travel plans change for any reason.
All reservations in “Classic”, “Smart” rates can be modified or canceled without any penalty. If you decide to cancel you will get a 100% refund, whatever the reason for your decision.
For “Light” rate reservations (Normally non-refundable or subject to change) that are made until December 31, 2022, a change of date will be allowed without any penalty. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you will be given a credit for the full amount of the reservation, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the pickup time. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the equivalent of two rental days will be deducted and a credit will be given for the remaining amount. The credit will be valid for one year from the date the original reservation was made.
No other Car Rental Company in Mexico offers you this level of flexibility.
Our absolute flexibility program due to COVID19 ended on December 31, 2022. From that date, the flexibility of reservations will depend solely on the conditions of the chosen rate.
